This form corresponds to the request and authorization for the broadcast on online TV or Films On Demand section of our new platform "Films On Go TV" of your audiovisual work.

Each audiovisual work requires the sending of the authorization independently.

Note: Music Videos cannot participate in the platform rental plan. They are only allowed as free content in the catalog or TV.

For live streaming it is important that films in a language other than English are subtitled. (For music videos it is not necessary). The subtitles can be embedded in the video or you can send a synced .srt file.

If you have the movie on a Vimeo Pro account, or higher, you can send us the direct link to "HTTP Live Streaming" in the "Distribution" section. Our smart player can capture from your account.

What is the download link (password if necessary). Dropbox, Drive, Wetransfer, Vimeo etc..

By accepting this form, you agree:

The owner of the audiovisual work may not request any remuneration for its broadcast (in any of the selected plans) and undertakes to take charge and exempt the associated festival and Alexa Films LLC from the payment of intellectual property rights if they exist.

I agree not to request any financial remuneration from Alexa Films LLC and the associated festival. If there is any claim for breach of copyright, I will take care of it.

Alexa Films LLC, together with the associated festivals, we are committed to;

The audiovisual work will not be public and can only be seen on a specific day and time specified by the festival. (only for broadcasts within the festival frames)

In the TV player (festival frame) there will be a time margin to go back, but when reloading the page the content will disappear.

The audiovisual work cannot be downloaded. (In no plan)

We promise to remove the content in its entirety from our hard drives and servers if requested by the author. (Maximum term of 30 days)

Any plan can be modified, authorized or unauthorized at any time by the author.

In the case of rentals, Alexa Films LLC, undertakes to provide access to purchase statistics in order to be clear and transparent with commissions.
